Plan, schedule, and supervise the dispatch of finished goods in line with daily operational targets.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
Handle import/export customs clearance and ensure compliance with regulatory and SAIF Zone requirements.
Prepare, verify, and maintain all documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, shipping documents, customs paperwork, and GRNs.
Maintain accurate and real-time updates in the ERP system (SAP) for inventory, dispatch, and logistics transactions.
Coordinate with production, stores, transporters, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
Track shipments, monitor delivery performance, and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
Ensure timely unloading of inbound materials and support inventory reconciliation activities.
Optimize transportation routes and implement cost-effective logistics solutions.
Maintain dispatch records and provide logistics-related information for billing and finance processes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and logistics KPI reports.
Support internal and external audits related to shipping compliance, transportation safety, and inventory controls.
Maintain transporter and vendor databases and evaluate service performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within logistics and reporting functions.
